Service contracts are available on request from Quarterly to Annual testing to most decontamination equipment, Sterilisers, Washer Disinfectors and Ultrasonic Cleaners. Special rates for repairs when you have service contract for your equipment. Only equipment that is CE marked, service, repairs can be carried out. The Customer Support Engineer assigned to your call will have the knowledge, test equipment and spare parts necessary to affect a speedy solution to your problem.

Compliance Testing
Whether you are a GP, Dentist, Pharmacy, Hospital, Care Home or a Veterinary practice, our qualified testing and calibration engineer can visit your site to test and calibrate your medical equipment to the industry standards. We carry out all inspection, maintenance and calibration testing onsite and we will not send any of your equipment away to be tested. This guarantees minimal disruption to daily practice, our approach saves you valuable time and money.
At the end of each visit, the engineer will present you with a set of certificates confirming the test results. Should any of your equipment fail the testing process, we provide product repair services.
